Peg Mueller is a small town doctor and herbalist known for giving excellent personalized care to her patients. She's also known for something certain residents in The Gates value above all else: discretion. Her non-traditional remedies are perfectly suited to the unique patients she treats. Peg's kindess and wisdom make her a wonderful friend and doctor, however one person in The Gates who doesn't seem to get along with her is former friend and student, Devon. As a doctor she very caring of her patients and is easy to deal with. She has knowledge about the physiology of vampires and succubus and probably other supernatural creatures. She seems to be good friends of Thomas Bates.
